Documentation

After our company finished doing IT Services (include maintenance, manage service, setup & installations), we always make documentation as the responsibility of the work we have done. Documentation is a set of documents provided on paper, or online, or on digital, examples are user guides and captures. We ussualy analysis of data sources and processes, selection and implementation, development of dedicated software solutions to avoid any duplication of data and effort and to facilitate the creation, maintenance and translation. The documentation is to aim either the first or the last stop for users looking for authentic information.
